Your initial 40min appointment, as well as any subsequent treatments, if required, will involve a one-on-one consultation with your Physiotherapist and incorporate evidence based, effective and pain free techniques often complimented with Dry Needling Acupuncture, taping and effective home techniques and exercises.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Our Remedial Therapists have a passion for treatment of the neck, shoulders and hips. We believe rehabilitation of soft muscle tissue following injury, monthly maintenance, sporting injury/preparation all benefit from remedial massage.
We use a combination of tailored, specialised and specific treatments using a combination of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Manual Lymphatic drainage and Reflex.
